Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required upon booking with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund.. Cancellations made within 6 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the condos or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any missing or damaged items or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the condos, and pets are not allowed.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alabama.
